What products can I order?

The Mastercard Prepaid card products available to order will be configured to your account by the Blackhawk Implementation team, based on what has been agreed in the contract. Typically, your account will be configured to order either virtual prepaid cards or physical prepaid cards. If your contract has been set up to order both, your account will have two 'card plans' which explain which product has been allocated. If you are ever unsure on what card plan to use, please reach out to your Blackhawk Account Manager for clarification.
